Parkside Gardens is an attractive 108-unit condominium community in the picturesque Essex County, NJ suburb of Caldwell.  Owners and residents enjoy a lovely atmosphere that combines the relaxed lifestyle of a small town with easy proximity to shopping, dining, and transportation to New York.  Our classic buildings and expansive “park-like” grounds are carefully maintained to provide a setting that residents are delighted to call home.

 

Policies are set by our volunteer Board, which actively oversees the property and manages and balances expenses to a defined budget.  Administrative and accounting services are provided by Patrician Associates Management Inc., a major North Jersey property management company located in Nutley, NJ.  Everyday upkeep is overseen by our on property resident superintendent.
