Parkside creates a record of all compliance actions taken for each election. Contact the Board for details.
Parkside falls under New Jersey's Planned Real Estate Development Full Disclosure Act (PREDFDA), which generally requires that a developer of a common interest community such as Parkside register an offering plan prior to offering housing units for sale1.

The portion of PREDFA that pertains to election provisions is known as the "Radburn" Law, P.L. 2017, Ch. 106. On May 18, 2020, DCS published regulations to assist in the administration of Radburn.  Topics included in the regulations include: executive Board elections; election procedures; election frequency; Board member term; representation; requirements for open meetings; association membership; association powers and responsibilities; and more.

Contact the Board for more information about how to run for a board position or to become a member of an ad hoc committee.
