Parkside's 2022 infrastructure work constitutes the most comprehensive, ambitious, and wide-ranging improvements program the property has ever seen.  Work was on all buildings and throughput the property, and includes remulching, tree-trimming, and (continuing what we started in 2021) concrete repair and replacement; we also have installed new shutters, railings, lighting fixtures, and downspouts. 

 

The work was largely completed by Labor Day.  As always, Board's objectives are to enhance Parkside's attractiveness, keep the property in good order, reduce expenses, and increase our property values.  Click on each picture for commentary.
